06 Apr 10 Fun with Prosciutto

I decided to do some cooking with prosciutto last night and made two dishes.  The first was for lasagna rolls filled with ricotta cheese, spinach, and prosciutto.  The second Prosciutto wrapped asparagus.

While the lasagna rolls were good, the prosciutto wrapped asparagus stole the show.  The spicy tomato sauce that came along with this RecipeZaar recipe was simply amazing!  In fact, I ended up eating the entire pound of asparagus and saving the lasagna rolls for leftovers.

Super, highly, recommended!

21 Sep 09 Andy's Favorite Recipe The Week Of Sept. 21

Here at Recipebridge.com we see so many great recipes while working on the site that we thought it would make sense to sharethem with you!  So we’ve started a new weekly series called ‘Favorite Recipe’.  Each week Bill or myself  will post a great recipe from the site that the public deserves to know about.

To kick things off I’d like to start with Bacon Wrapped Little Loaves from YumYum.  I cooked these for a date several weeks ago and she loved them!  They’re easy to make and you can easily adjust the recipe based on the ingredients in your kitchen so long as you have beef and bacon to wrap it in!
