Unusual Summer Vegetable Recipes

Larry Pfarr from St. Paul’s farmers market shows some delectable summer vegetable recipes. He’s cooking with some unusual vegetables, some of the things that we don’t usually think of cooking with including bitter gourd, eggplants, cabbage etc. The video features recipe for a napa cabbage which is grilled. Then some charred eggplant recipes, and a unique gourd melon and corn recipe.
